Bay Laurel - Laurus Nobilis

Bay Leaf is one of the finest cooking herbs ever, in my opinion. We use it under fish when grilling, and in many sauces. The smell of this tree when brushed is wonderful as it also a beautiful evergreen tree, which can also be formed into tall hedges.
